Refund Policy
Returns
Goods purchased are eligible for refund or exchange within 7
days, from the
day of purchase as stated on the receipt. We apologise that after 7 days, the
refund or exchange offer will lapse.
The following goods are not eligible for refund or exchange:
Clearance and
products on sale
Customised
products
Mattresses,
pillows, bolsters and mattress protectors (due to hygiene reasons)
Goods eligible for refund or exchange must be unused and returned in the same
mint condition that you received them. They must also be in the original
packaging that was delivered to you.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
(if applicable)
Once your returned good is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be
applied to your paypal account, within 2 working days.
Late or missing
refunds (if
applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 2 working days, first check your
paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.

Sale items
(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
Exchanges
(if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at source. If you need to
exchange for the same item, send us an email at
sales@furnitureliving.sg
All
products must be exchanged with the same price value or less within 7 days of
purchase. The product to be exchanged must not be used and/or damaged and must
come with original packaging. Due to hygiene reason, pillows, bolsters and
mattress protectors will not be exchanged.
Transportation will be billed at $50 per item, $100 for big items like bedroom
sets, wardrobes that are more than 1 metre, sofa sets and dinning sets.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned
item is received and verified to be in its original condition, a gift
certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the
order shipped to himself/herself first before sending it to you, we will send a
refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return or exchange your product, you should email your

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary. We seek your kind understanding on this.
